Does anyone else find it doesn't look AS good as the rest of the car? It isn't awful by any means but what can be done to make it look a little more aggressive (I guess thats what i'm looking for).

Try a debadge and remove then chrome boot thingy. Don't know if there are any holes under them like there are on the G tho

cant really remove the chrome strip easily as there is a ridge in the boot lid under it which would look silly. Could debadge and colour code the strip alternatively

Definitely remove the oversized vauxhall badge they seem to insist on these days - and the free advertising your giving your dealer by that sticker (unless you work there).

Cheers! hmm...those cars pull it off because of the body kit but not sure mine would! Maybe the irmy rear splitter and the twin irmy exhaust will sort it:)

personally I would colour code the silver trim to body colour,that should look cool ;) I agree the smooth boots on the Mk5 dont look right and I am pro boot smoothing 99% of the time.

I know what you mean about the back of the mk5 Astra ive got the 5 door version and looking at the back of mine now i think its well cool with the debadging and the twin exhaust exits.:D

mmmm Ffoeg man you got me thinking now thing is everything seems to blend in together with the strips on the back as they go down the doors and around the front above the front fog lights.
Could you smooth these out for me please muccer just to see whats it looks like.

The back of the sport hatch isn't particularly attractive, no. Looks a bit like a fat kid with red cheeks smiling at you.

Just adding the sport kit makes it look a lot better, and removing the stickers and badges would help. Subtle twin exit exhaust looks good on a Mk5 too. Interesting idea of colour coding the chrome...

Really not keen on that lower spoiler myself though. Looks a bit of a mess
