6.5 seems like the right price - afterall most places like this tend not to do 'offers' as such. Maybe gettin 12mths tax would sweeten the deal.
had a quick look on parkers as not really upto speed on these things but they say:

and thats based on 40k - TBH considering its a low mileage motor and if it really ticks all the boxes u want then go for it
