Problem - 2.5 V6 Vectra B **Someone please reply :)**

Asking for my brother.

He said his multi timer has gone on his Vectra, apparently it's basically the brain of the fuse box?

Now someone he knows has told him that he's gotta have a whole new fuse box and new multi timer and that he can't get anyone else to do it apart from Vauxhall coz they gotta re-map it... Is this true?

Now this person hardly knows anything about cars really and has told him it will cost around £150.
